Terms of service

These terms govern your use of powerpartspro.com and any purchase made through our platform.

Pricing

All prices are shown in your selected currency (EUR / USD) and may be subject to local VAT, sales tax, or duties depending on shipping destination. Prices for non-stock items are quoted on request.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via express courier (FedEx and UPS). Transit times are 3–7 business days depending on destination. Customer is responsible for any customs duties.

Warranty

Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Remanufactured engines come with a 12-month limited warranty. Used parts are sold as-is with a 30-day functional guarantee.

Returns

Contact sales@powerpartspro.com within 14 days of receipt for return authorization. Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable.
